Troubleshooting the JetClean 100
A basic design feature of the JetClean 100 is that there are a limited number of things that fail. If you do have problems with your JetClean 100, please try the following troubleshooting tips:
Machine will not spray air:
- Make sure compressed air source is working properly.
- The foot pedal valve may be damaged. You can test this by bypassing the foot pedal and checking if the machine will spray properly. If this is the case, please contact SME Technical Support for details regarding replacement or repair.
- Finally, the sprayer wand could be dirty or damaged. Please contact SME Technical support for additional assistance.
Machine is spraying air but no water is coming out:
- Make sure water source has plenty of purified water
- Ensure water container is placed below your JetClean 100 to allow the water to be pulled up properly.
- Check plastic filter feet on the end of the hose in your water source, if these become dirty or clogged it can prevent water from being pulled up to the machine.
- Check all tubing connections on the machine, loose connections can result in air leakage in the water lines which prevent water from spraying properly.
- Finally, the sprayer wand could be dirty or damaged. Please contact SME Technical support for additional assistance.
