Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We attempt to ship same day for orders received by 3:00 p.m. Mountain time.  We ship from 5869 Terminal Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.   Standard shipping is via UPS.  We can ship USPS and FedEx upon request but you will need to email or call us at 719-884-8929.

Returns Policy

You should check your order within 5 days of receipt to verify the contents are what you ordered and not damaged.  We strive to be the number one inkjet cartridge refilling supplier, but shipping is shipping, and we all know what can happen.  

If you notice the box your order arrived in has external damage, you should first take photographs of the box and then check the contents for damage.  If the contents is damaged you should take a photograph of item(s) to support your claim of rough handling.  Next you should file a claim with the delivering shipping company and then contact SME Inkjet, LLC to advise us of the situation.

If the contents are not what you ordered you should Contact the company and report the issue and receive an Return Merchandise Authorization.  Once you have the RMA you should repack the contents so they will not sustain damage and return them within 30 days of delivery, freight prepaid.  To be considered for a full refund the merchandise must be resellable.  If you do not pack the shipment properly and it is damaged upon receipt, we will not issue a refund.  We will also consider paying the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  To return a product follow the instructions below.

Notice!  Effective February 20, 2013 all returns should be shipped to SME Inkjet LLC, 5869 Terminal Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80915.  Be certain to write the RMA number on the box.

Once we've received and processed the returned item we will notify you via e-mail or telephone of your refund.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Taxes and Duty plus shipping and packing charges will apply.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates are either weight or dimensional weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
