We all know it's true:  business is 90% appearance and 10% substance.  It's an ugly fact of the modern world, but it's a fact nonetheless.

While we can all think of a contemporary figure or two who think that they don't need the facts to make decisions, the truth in any business is the truth of the marketplace.  The current consumer is innundated with flashy looking things that are really no better than the competition.  The current consumer leans toward the flashiness every time, though, and here is another little detail that can make all the difference.
